Do you know how to detox your relationships?

When I look at my phone book there are around 5 people whose number always pops up. You could say this is your sphere of influence or you can say these are the closest people in your life. If you are lucky you may even have more than 5 people you contact. I would say I am fortunate place where currently there is more than 5 people in that sphere.

It is important to make note that who we spend time with are our key influencers. They can make you fall or succeed! If you really want to succeed then isn’t it best to re-look at the chain of influence you hold. It’s very important that the ‘right’ people are your attractors to a happier, healthier and even stress-free life. If we can’t exclude some of those people how about we manage our expectations instead.

  • Here is what you can do, make a list of 20 people you know.

  • How do they make you feel?

  • What is their importance in your life?

  • What role do they play in your life?

  • What would happen if you had no contact with the people you have listed?

  • What can you do about it?

  • What emotions do you feel and what effect does it have on you?

  • Give the people are score of importance / ranking.

Now, you can go ahead and create harmonic relationships that are meaningful to you.

A happy You will make you more productive, better to be around and will lower your cortisol levels allowing your dopamine levels to naturally increase. So, what are you waiting for?
